The Move & Relax philosophy of the Pletzer Resorts builds on 3 pillars: exercise, regeneration, and nutrition. The Move & Relax cuisine is based on the principles of energy-boosting cooking, focusing on unprocessed foods and meals prepared from scratch, without synthetic additives, colourants, flavourings and flavour enhancers, and with an emphasis on seasonal produce. The Pletzer Resorts are also committed to locally sourced products, with 80% of their purchases coming from Austria. Why "only” 80 percent? Because otherwise there’d be no coffee, no spices, and no oranges available at our breakfast buffet! However, all our eggs, meats, and vegetables are sourced in Austria. As a family business, we are careful about where our products come from, while also consistently maintaining and improving our quality standards.
The Move & Relax concept recommends eating several small meals a day to provide the body with extra energy for an active lifestyle rather than weighing it down. Protein and carbohydrates are often combined, and healthy vegetable fats with a high content of unsaturated fatty acids are given preference. Sugar and salt are used sparingly.

With state-of-the-art infrastructure, diagnostic tools based on sports science, and an outdoor setting that is perfect for exercise, we will draw up a customised training schedule for you, helping you achieve a completely new sense of self: This is a customised approach to exercising that will last and that is suitable for any age or fitness level.

Our performance-driven society often makes us feel that we need to fill every free minute with some sort of activity, and that downtime is simply a sign of laziness. However, regeneration and relaxation are essential elements in the Move & Relax philosophy. We consider downtime an achievement in itself!
