The IRONMAN Carinthia-Klagenfurt, Austria is THE triathlon event that takes place every year in Klagenfurt, Austria. The competition begins with a 3.8-kilometer swim course in Lake Wörthersee. This is followed by a 180-kilometer bike course that leads through the beautiful Carinthian countryside. The final marathon consists of a running course of 42.195 kilometers, which leads along Lake Wörthersee and through downtown Klagenfurt.

Our resort is the official RACE hotel of the IRONMAN and is located directly at the course. The starting point of IRONMAN Carinthia-Klagenfurt-Austria can be reached on foot and the swim exit is directly in the lagoon from the hotel. The transition area for the bikes is on the opposite side of the street at the university campus. Perfect location, so to speak. Please inquire for next year!

Many spectator hotspots are waiting for you around our resort. First the swim exit directly in our lagoon, the bike course goes directly past our street (University Street) and also the runners of the marathon run along the Lendkanal north of the hotel.
